A Northern Circuit Driving Safari
An alternative to the previous itinerary - a driving circuit in the north - is a flying circuit, staying at the CCA (Conservation Corporation) properties.
This is an amazing safari although not cheap!
Day 1 to 2: Ngorongoro Crater Starting from Arusha, take an early flight to Lake Manyara and a short drive to the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge. Immerse yourself in 2 days of game viewing in the Crater and overnight at the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge
Day 3 to 5: Serengeti Take a short drive back to Lake Manyara, followed by a short flight into the Serengeti. Enjoy 3 days of game viewing from either Grumeti or Kleins, depending on the location of the migration.
Day 6 to 10: Zanzibar's Mnemba island Fly from the Serengeti to Arusha and Arusha to Zanzibar. You are then met on arrival and transferred to Mnemba island for 5 nights of pure 'barefoot luxury'.
Day 11 to 12: Zanzibar's Stone Town Transfer to Zanzibar's stone town for your final 2 nights at the Serena Inn, staying on a b&b basis
