Sea Cliff This hotel in Dar es Salaam is a smart upmarket option with a good atmosphere and a superb situation overlooking the sea, although it is a good fifteen minute drive to the airport and generally requires a taxi or private transport to reach the heart of town. The excellent swimming pool is surrounded by pleasant sunshades and beds, and snacks and drinks are available from a number of different bars and good restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms are comfortable and appealing, especially if you can secure a sea view, and there are excellent email and office facilities available in the business centre.

Lovely hotel with great views out to sea, good levels of service and general standards are set very high. We do love this place but it is out on its own, set away from town and therefore rather adrift of the whole
Dar atmosphere. On the other hand, some people however may call this a good thing!
