Tanzania and Zanzibar itineraries between 3000 USD and 4000 USD
This is a collection of safari and beach combinations that provide a good spread and value for money.(please click on names to link to the lodge)
Option 1 – A short northern safari and Zanzibar
This is a simple look at a couple of the famed northern parks, combined with some beach time on Zanzibar. A glimpse of what the famous north has to offer on a private Landcruiser safari!
Day 1 - Lake Manyara Serena Drive out of Arusha for a game drive and lunch in Lake Manyara NP. Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena.
Days 2 to 3 - Ngorongoro Serena A couple of days game driving in the Ngorongoro Crater and exploring the local area. Overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena.
Day 4 to 10 - Echo Beach Drive back to Arusha to connect with the internal flight down to Zanzibar. Transferred to the lodge to stay for 7 nights on a half board basis.
Day 11 - Fly back to Dar es Salaam and connect home.

Option 2 - The Selous and Zanzibar
This a great way of combining a couple of levels of luxury while on safari and having some relaxation afterwards.
Days 1 to 2 - Lake Manze Tented Camp Fly from Dar es Salaam to the Selous for game drives, boating safaris and walks in the Selous Game Reserve. Overnight at Lake Manze Tented Camp.
Days 3 to 4 - Selous Safari Camp Game drives, boating safaris and walks in the Selous Game Reserve. Overnight at the super luxurious Selous Safari Camp.
Days 5 to 9 - Shooting Star Fly across to Zanzibar to spend the final 5 nights are spent at Zanzibar's Shooting Star lodge, on a half board basis.
Day 12 - Fly back to Dar es Salaam and connect home

Option 3- The Selous, Ruaha and Zanzibar
