Moivaro Coffee Lodge - The Detail
This small hotel is situated in Northern Tanzania and is a charismatic and unusual find, seemingly situated miles from anywhere, in the midst of the Moivaro Coffee Plantation at the foot holds of Mount Meru. Seemingly miles from anywhere, it is in fact only 7km from Arusha town, but it is hard to imagine life beyond this fantastically peaceful and natural setting.
The rooms are fairly simple but the lodges location with its views of Mount Meru and enticing swimming pool offer a superb respite away from the hustle and bustle of Arusha itself. Guests are housed in individual chalets, all well and comfortably furnished and set in fine gardens that stretch for approximately 2km along the plantation itself.
