Sayari is one of the best camps in the north of the Serengeti. It is a beautifully stylish and well furnished camp that combines luxury with a fantastic point for game viewing. Sayari - The Facts
The Sayari camp is located in the Kogatende area in the north of the Serengeti
. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the airstrip to camp and a 2 hour flight from Arusha. The area is spectacularly beautiful. You really do get the feeling that it must have been the region that inspired Disney’s Lion King! The rolling hills of the Lamai Wedge are lush green and teeming with game. The landscape is occasionally interrupted by a group of towering boulders or tree that gives shade to the big cats or anything else escaping the African sun. It is an incredible landscape and you can only imagine what the first explorers thought as they reached this land of such beauty and magnitude.
